Where we ship
We ship across the United Kingdom and internationally. Delivery cost is calculated from your address and displayed at checkout before payment.
- UK standard: £2.99. Free on orders over £35.
- Europe: £4.99
- Rest of world: £4.99
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. UK orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched, including tracking where the service provides it.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Periods of high demand and carrier delays can extend them.
Delivery addresses
Please check your address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, email hello@cellfie.clubimmediately. Once an order has been dispatched the address cannot be changed.
Customs, duties and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties or import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are set by that country and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the price you pay us and we have no control over them.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch for UK orders, or 21 working days for international orders, email hello@cellfie.club with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
