Which iPhone models do you make cases for?
iPhone 13 through to iPhone 18, including the Pro, Pro Max, Plus, mini, Air and e models. Every model we stock is listed in the dropdown on each product page. Choose yours before adding to basket. If your model isn't there, email us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it as a one-off.
Are the cases actually protective?
Yes. Raised edges around the screen and camera housing, shock-absorbing sides and a hard back. Built for everyday knocks and drops.
Are they MagSafe friendly?
Yes. The cases are slim enough to work with MagSafe chargers and accessories.
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch within 2 to 3 working days. UK orders then usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days, so 5 to 8 working days end to end. Busy periods can add a couple of days and we'll say so on the site if that happens.
How much is UK delivery?
£2.99, and free on orders over £35.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Europe and the rest of the world are both £4.99, calculated and shown at checkout. Any customs charges, duties or import taxes in the destination country are paid by you, not by us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@cellfie.club with your order number as soon as you can. If it hasn't been dispatched we can usually sort it. If it has, use your 14 day cancellation right instead, explained on our Shipping and Returns page.
Can I return a case if I just don't like it?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day it arrives to tell us you're cancelling, for any reason at all, and a further 14 days to post it back. No explanation needed. Full detail on the Shipping and Returns page.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What happens?
Email us with your order number and a couple of clear photos. We'll replace it or refund you, and we cover the return postage.
How do I look after it?
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Keep it away from solvents, bleach and abrasive cleaners. Dark denim and dyed leather can transfer colour onto lighter cases over time.
Will the colour look the same in person?
Close, but screens vary. Brightness, colour profile and room lighting all shift how a shade reads, so expect small differences between the photo and the case in your hand.
